This apartment is unique.  The Catalan writer Terenci Moix was born very close to here on the 5th January 1942.  A plaque marking the event is attached to the outside wall.  He had an interesting career as a writer and director and is known as much for his subject matter as for his literary prowess.  A local bar also has a plaque celebrating his custom and it is easy to imagine Seńor Moix in the bar contemplating his next book. 

The apartment is classy.  Lovely deep coloured wooden doors, including the front door, compliment the wooden beams and the Gaudi - esque original floor tiles.  This is, however, a nice bright apartment. It has been recenlty refurbished and has, amongst other things, a new kitchen and bathroom and double glazing throughout. 

We recommend that for your comfort the maximum number of people that should stay in this apartment is 6 people.   There is a double bed with a small balcony from this bedroom.  A second double bed is available in another bedroom area.  Another bedroom has a single bed that can be made into a double and finally there is a double, cabin style, sofa bed in the lounge.  From the lounge there are patio doors to another small balcony.

The dining area is next to the kitchen and can be a cosy space for an evening meal (with the doors closed) or a bright breakfast area with the doors open.

The large kitchen is brand new and has the benefit of a good sized work surface, oven, hob and plenty of cupboard space.  There is ample plates, glasses etc for 6 people.
