In a quiet side street but in the heart of the city this apartment is perfect for a couple but can sleep up to 4 people.  This apartment makes a great base for exploring all parts of Barcelona including the Sagrada Familia, the Cathedral, the beach, the port and several museums including the Picasso Museum and the Chocolate Museum (just for contrast).  We particularly like the fact that there are so many good restaurants in the area but the apartment is in a quiet street.  This allows you to sample the atmosphere of the old part of Barcelona but also to get a good night's sleep.

There is a small supermarket nearby for all your needs and, should the mood take you, a delicatessen opposite your apartment run by an American woman.  There is much "home cooked" style food to buy although it will probably not do too much for your waist line.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a lounge / dinig area, Kitchen (with small balcony) and bathroom.  There is a TV (with satelite) in the lounge.  In the bedroom there is a second TV and DVD but only for DVD use. The apartment has recently had some work completed to keep the apartment in good order.
